This reservoir is home to large numbers of Zander and Perch, plus some very large Pike. A trip here with Andy will teach you how to catch these predators, using casting and jigging techniques. Learning how to approach a large water is a skill that normally takes years to acquire. Finding features and fish while using a fish finder, echo sounder and then fishing these spots effectively is the first stage of the process. Andy will explain how to control the boat’s speed, and the importance of balancing your tackle to provide “depth and speed” control, as you fish on the drift. These days are suitable for beginners and improvers alike, anglers who want to “fast track” their way to success. Learn more about how to locate fish and consistently catch them, or just have a FUN day with an experienced lure fisherman. What’s provided? All the tackle is provided, but you can bring your own if you prefer. The cost of fishing tickets and boat hire is covered in your booking. What to bring? All you need to bring is suitable clothing, plus food and drink, no alcohol please.
