PIKE FLIES

Bob Church Pike flies have been developed over many years of fishing, Bob has caught a large number of Pike including fish to over 20lb on these very flies.

Developed by and exclusively available from the ’Friendly Fisherman’, it features an extremely buoyant foam back, sparkly cactus chenille body and mobile bucktail tail.

A diving vane makes it dive and swim like a plug. Aggressive wiggling action, really good in dirty water.

These flies have been developed from flies being used in Finland. Tied out of the brilliant lite-brite tinsel material these flies will not hold water and therefore are easy to cast.

These wobbler bunnies differ from the normal bunny bugs in that they have a foam back for added buoyancy and a plastic diving lip which imparts a swimming motion.

This is a suberb, broad profiled fly, best fished with a short, sharp, jerky retrieve, the fly will, dive from side to side as well as up and down. I have caught a good number of Pike on this pattern.

This stunning Pike fly is tied short and upright on large 4/0 gamakatsu hook. The upright tying and heavily epoxyed head mean this fly will work really well fished on the drop.

Similar in design to the Bunny Bug, but tied with two strips of different colour rabbit strips. Tied without dumbell eyes so will fish well in shallower water and when the fish are higher in the water.
