We all know how breathable waders have totally changed life for the stream fisherman. However hot the weather you should wade and walk in total comfort. Even in the cold months you can still use them over a set of base-layer thermal pants – double up if it’s a few degrees below!

In the past, reliability and efficiency in breathables has come at a big price. Not now. These are real quality breathables at a realistic price. The boffins tell us the fabric is waterproof to a hydrostatic pressure of 20,000mm/H2O and breathable to 5,000 g/m²/24hr. In normal speak, this means that you can deep-wade with complete security and you can walk miles in a heat wave! The four-layer ‘microtex’ construction gives extreme ruggedness with hardly any weight.

The design is equally impressive: a removable shoulder strap with low-profile buckles allows rapid conversion to waist-high use. Other features include an internal security pocket with key clip, an external gear pocket with a Velcro seal and an external micro-fleece lined hand-warmer pocket for those colder days. A wading belt is supplied as standard along with a ‘D’ ring tool and chest pack attachment. Also provided are the built-in, elasticated gravel guards that keep the neoprene foot safe from damage.

The new 6-section tubular aluminium model automatically extends by means of an internal double elasticated cord. Length 52”, but packs down to only 10” and stores in a neat waist belt carry bag with belt loop and clip. The cork-grip handle has a removable extension, which can be replaced with the optional gun rest/Compass accessory (supplied).

The 2” wide webbing belt has a quick release plastic clip and buckles, allowing adjustment from 34” to 51”. The rear lumbar pad has 1” thick contoured neoprene, inside a Nylon cover, to provide pressure and support, just where it’s needed.

Super hard, zinc plated steel studs, give additional grip to felt, or cleated sole waders. Hexagonal heads give additional grip in slippery conditions and can be easily screwed in with a socket, or a Phillips screwdriver. Bag of 40.
