Cone shaped foam heads, multipule uses flat side forward for mini popper, tapered side forward for ’slider’ or as an alternative to booby eyes. I’ve found the ’Dinks’ are very useful when sunk line fishing by sliding a Dink onto a Rainy’s Pinnochio* or Donegal’s V-Motion* the fly can be made to duck and dive just off bottom preventing snagging or picking up leaf or weed litter. * These flies have an exposed section behind the eye, before the dressing starts, allowing the Dink to site in position easily. |
