This highly effective method requires your bait to be fished directly underneath either a drifting or anchored boat. The clonk creates an extremely loud noise that simulates the disturbance created by feeding catfish, which in turn attracts other catfish to your bait.

There are two models available, one with a fllat base the other with a concave base which produce subtley different sounds.

Circular rubber discs to put on the hook before and/or after the bait to keep on the hook, particularly useful for barbless hooks and essential if using livebaits worms and leeches, to avoid them getting off.
