This reel is the perfect tool for anyone looking for an easy-to-use baitcaster for close range casting distances oif less than 20 metres. It offers increased control over casts and flips over short distances. Rather than stopping the spool with your thumb after completing a cast, you can stop it spinning by simply flipping the cluth bar back to the ’lock’ position. This is known by Shimano as ’Instagage II’, which is easier to use compared to a standard baitcasting reel.

The new ’E’ has been completely redesigned - it is now a darker shade of green than the current model and has a major upgrade in features.
